Joe Biden

Joe Biden is a loose cannon--or more accurately, a loose mouth. We have known that since Barack Obama nominated him to be his vice president. Remember how he urged the paralyzed Missouri State senator to stand up at a rally in Missouri? I suspect he has this problem due to the brain surgery he has had in the past, to remove a brain tumor. Anytime you physically change the brain, these types of personality shifts and quirks can occur.
